Nicholas was selected by Hall Willkie and the Co-Chairmen of Terra Holdings to serve as the firm's youngest Executive Vice President, Managing Director of Sales overseeing sixty seasoned agents in Brown Harris Steven’s thriving Park Slope Brooklyn office. Upon graduating early with high honors at Northeastern University, Nicholas excelled at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an expatriate tax consultant to Wall Street's top investment bankers at Lehman Brothers, Nomura, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Dresdner Kleinwort. Thereafter, Nicholas became, recruited and managed a team of financial analysts within the music industry at EMI. Nicholas' team serviced the accounts of Miles Davis, The Beatles, Norah Jones, and Keith Urban. Nicholas was ultimately promoted to handle the entire Capital Records repertoire and Beatles catalogue. Despite this success, Nicholas decided to follow his entrepreneurial instincts in the family business: real estate.
An avid golfer, skier, guitar player, fisherman, a certified Health Coach, and a Certified Negotiation Expert, Nicholas also devotes free time to the American Cancer Society, Best Buddies New York, National Down Syndrome Society, and the Harwich Conservation Trust in Cape Cod. Nicholas enjoys an active role speaking at the Real Estate Board of New York.
