Nicholas is the Founder & CEO of his real estate tech startup, Stacks, as well as Nicholas Palance Real Estate LLC. Nicholas' reputation for integrity, creative deal structuring, discretion, and carefully listening to his clients is the cornerstone of his success.
During his first year in the business, Nicholas was named Rookie of the Year at Brown Harris Stevens. In 2012, Nicholas won the prestigious "1st Place Deal of the Year Award" by The Real Estate Board of New York for closing the industry's most challenging deal in New York City. This experience rapidly heightened Nick’s exposure and strengthened his ability in his current role as a top broker in Manhattan and Founder & CEO of Nicholas Palance Real Estate LLC. The majority of Nick’s business comes from repeat clients and referrals. For investors, Nick identifies suitable properties, facilitates the sale, and also keeps their assets rented at top levels.
In late 2018, Nicholas launched two new ventures. First, Nicholas realized his lifelong dream of owning and operating his own NYC-based real estate brokerage. Second, Nicholas personally designed and launched a real estate technology company called 'Stacks - for Agents, by Agents.'
